Quotations and orders
Quotations are valid for the period stated in the offer and are subject to raw material price movement and stock availability. An order is confirmed only when accepted in writing by us against an agreed specification and quantity.
Tolerances
GSM is supplied within ±3% unless otherwise agreed. Width and roll length tolerances are confirmed at the time of order. Colour shades may vary marginally between production lots.
Claims
Any quality claim must be raised within 7 days of receipt, supported by the roll number and photographs, and before the material is converted.
Governing law
All transactions are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
